We are very fortunate to have a larger than average Centre; people are always amazed when they see our facilities, which includes a large Main Hall and a 30 metre long shooting gallery not to mention the well-equipped kitchen and bar.
As a result of having such versatile amenities, we are home to a diverse range of clubs, workshops, exhibitions and events. Included in the hire cost of all rooms is the use of tables and chairs; staging, if necessary; usually the setting-up and dismantling (except in exceptional circumstances); and general cleaning.
Remember to add extra time to your booking if you need to access the room(s) prior to an event, particularly useful for decorating or laying tables.
For each booking or series of bookings, a Booking Form needs to be completed and a copy of Conditions of Hire needs to be signed and returned to the Centre. These can be collected at reception or emailed.
Usually, we can accept small items for storage prior to an event. Please call us to discuss further.
It would be great if you could remove any personal items, particularly decorations, at the end of your event. The caretakers do a wonderful job of cleaning up after parties but are likely to dispose of any decorations left behind.
